Hegemony 2

I believe this photo depicts Hegemony very well in that the American society feels that we should regulate and "take care" of the rest of the world. This American flag wraps around the globe symbolizing our views in that if something bad happens, we seem to take action for that responsibility. America is sometimes nick-named the "World Police". We as Americans are known to help the world in all aspects. Americans are known to be very patriotic and some people believe being an American means to take care of others first. The American people are also known to stand behind each other through all times no matter how tough or bad the consequences.
